Successful Coat Drive!

We would like to thank everyone that made our coat drive a success! We were able to donate 45 coats to the Road Home Shelter in Salt Lake.

1. There must be a Thompson Orthodontics patient of record in every video entry
2. One Thompson Orthodontics T-shirt must be visible in your video entry
3. All video entries must be clean.
4. You must submit video entry at the office on DVD by March 1, 2011 or entries may be emailed to thompsonorthodontics@gmail.com, but must be in by the March 1st deadline. We will email you back to let you know that we were able to download your video.
5. Videos may be viewed on our facebook and blog all throughout the contest
6. Each patient will receive 20 Beach Bucks for a video entry
7. The Ipad will be given to the winner
